nbig33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nbig33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nbig33 website at nbig33.co and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and account management functions.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nbig33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nbig33 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English language meaning. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use the nbig33 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the nbig33 platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a platform enforcement action;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of nbig33 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

nbig33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be voided and withheld pending review.

Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) account on the nbig33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information should it change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal from the nbig33 platform may be processed. Acceptable documents include:

• Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back;
• Valid passport (biographical data page);
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).

nbig33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, and in certain circumstances, report account activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify nbig33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. nbig33 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials prior to your notification to us.

nbig33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), and USDT (TRC20 network). Supported payment methods may be added, modified, or removed at nbig33's discretion without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your nbig33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits funded through proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity are expressly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of deposit and are subject to change. nbig33 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification on the requesting account;
• Withdrawal amount does not exceed available wallet balance net of any locked bonus amounts;
• Withdrawal method matches the deposit method used to fund the account (where technically applicable);
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been satisfied.

nbig33 targets a 15-minute processing window for withdrawal requests during normal operating hours. Actual settlement times are also subject to the processing timelines of the receiving payment institution and are outside nbig33's direct control once the payout has been initiated from our system.

All bets and game participation at nbig33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the platform at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or betting market, the specific rules shall prevail.

Bets placed on the nbig33 sportsbook are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended except in circumstances expressly provided for within the relevant market rules (for example, void bets arising from event postponement or cancellation in accordance with our sportsbook rules).

nbig33 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• A technical malfunction or data feed error materially affected the odds or outcome displayed;
• The bet was placed in bad faith, through exploitation of a pricing error, or in coordination with other parties to manipulate outcomes;
• The underlying event was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account and are displayed within the platform. nbig33 reserves the right to limit stake amounts or close accounts of players identified as engaging in arbitrage betting, odds exploitation, or systematic advantage play that falls outside the spirit of recreational gaming.

nbig33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their specific terms, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates, minimum deposit thresholds, and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available.

General bonus conditions applicable across all nbig33 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds that remain unused at expiry will be removed from your account without compensation;
• nbig33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it is determined that the player has abused or circumvented the bonus system.

nbig33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a player has opted in, where operational necessity, regulatory requirements, or abuse prevention demands it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbig33 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools not expressly permitted by nbig33;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip-dumping, especially in poker or live table games;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for systematic financial gain;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening communications directed at nbig33 staff or other players.

All content on the nbig33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface elements, design elements, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of nbig33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the nbig33 platform without express prior written consent from nbig33.

The nbig33 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of nbig33. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nbig33's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbig33 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

nbig33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

nbig33 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure;
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).

Upon termination of your account for any reason other than a breach by you, any available balance in your account (net of any locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via a supported payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified on the platform from time to time.
